Why am I receiving a "server-error" message when paying my bill on-line?
It is very important that ALL fields are filled out completely. Make sure in the field marked "COMPANY", you enter the name of your employer. If you are currently unemployed, enter None or N/A, but something must be entered in this field for the transaction to process.
